City tour of Cochin Visit the Dutch palace, Jewish Synagogue, chinese fishing nets, St. Francis Church and the Santa Cruz Church. Also visit the Hill Palace Museum which displays articles of archeological importance Overnight: Hotel Day 02: Cochin - Munnar After breakfast drive down to Munnar and transfer to hotel Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight: Hotel. Day 03: Munnar City tour of Munnar Visit Eravikulam National Park to see rare mountain goats locally called the Nilgiri Tahr, Old Munnar Town, Dairy Farm and the Mattupetty Dam. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own. Overnight: Hotel Day 04: Munnar - Thekkady This morning after breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the wildlife sanctuary at Periyar/Thekkady. Check in at the Hotel/Resort. During the evening view cruise on the Periyar Lake. Sightseeing will include spotting a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc. Overnight: Hotel Day 05 : Thekkady - Kumarakom Fifth day of the tour takes you to Kumarakom after breakfast at the Hotel. To enjoy your stay here check into a resort at the bank of the Vembanand Lake. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own Overnight: Hotel Day 06: Kumarakom - Houseboat- Alleppey Now, begins that magical journey over the backwater on Houseboat (Kettuvallam) cruise for 22 hours. Day 07 Alleppey - Kovalam After breakfast drive to Kovalam and transfer to hotel. Kovalam sea beach is the best in India and second in the world. If you want peace of mind and quiet atmosphere come and stay at Kovalam. You will get them all and more than you expectation. The sea is calm & quiet here, the shape is like a bow and it has been formed as an estuary. It is a silver coloured beach, with small ripples and excellent for sea bath.
